When you create a Vizil account, we collect your email address and the website URL you provide for analysis. When you use the platform, we collect the results of AI probe queries, SEO audit data, and any content you approve or edit through the human review workflow. We use standard web analytics to understand how the product is used.
We use your data to run the Vizil platform: to execute GEO Score probes, SEO audits, brand intelligence extraction, and to generate CMO strategy recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your brand memory and audit results are yours — we are the processor, not the owner.
Vizil uses the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) and Google Gemini API to run GEO Score probes. Queries sent to these services are subject to their respective usage policies. We send the minimum data required to execute each probe — typically the brand name, category, and competitor names you have approved in your brand memory. We do not send your personal data or account information to these services.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. GEO Score history, SEO audit history, and brand memory versions are deleted with your account. We may retain aggregated, anonymized data for product analytics.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to your workspace data is restricted to authenticated users with permission. We implement industry-standard security practices and review them regularly.
You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@vizil.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
