By creating a Vizil account or using the Vizil platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using Vizil on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Vizil is an AI-powered marketing platform that audits websites, scores AI search visibility, identifies SEO gaps, and generates marketing strategy recommendations. All AI-generated outputs require explicit human approval before they are stored or applied. Vizil does not auto-publish content on your behalf.
You are responsible for the websites you analyze using Vizil. You must have the right to analyze the URLs you submit. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated outputs before acting on them. You agree not to use Vizil to analyze websites you don't have permission to audit.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on the pricing page.
Vizil generates AI-powered recommendations and analysis. These outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. GEO Score results reflect the state of AI model responses at the time of the probe and may change as AI models are updated. SEO audit results are based on available data and may not reflect all technical issues on your site. You should use Vizil's outputs as inputs to your own informed decision-making, not as definitive instructions.
You own the content you create and approve through Vizil. Vizil owns the platform, algorithms, and proprietary scoring methodologies (including the GEO Score methodology). You may not reproduce or redistribute Vizil's scoring methodologies without written permission.
Vizil is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email with 30 days notice. Continued use of Vizil after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
